We will kick off a group run with 3 different distance options around 3, 5 & 7 miles. When people get back to The 602 Club, we will rotate small groups through the sauna as many times as their hearts desire.
Kōv Sauna is heated by a wood-fired stove which creates relaxing steam when water is poured over the hot sauna rocks. Your senses will be elevated and you will experience feelings of incredible relaxation and rejuvenation.
